Domain Notifications

This feature allows the administrator to be notified of any action within the organization. You can change the settings of notifications for the administrator, that are sent to email addresses set to [Mail To] when any action within the domain happens.

The administrator may check one or many of the above options.

The following actions are performed when using the features of [Send] menu.

  • File uploaded by user

    Notification will be sent when a user uploads a file in [Send] - [Send Files] screen.

  • File downloaded by user

    Notification will be sent when a user downloads a file by clicking the [Download] button in [Send] - [Sent Files] screen.

  • File downloaded by guest

    Notification will be sent when someone downloads a file from a URL generated in [Send] - [Send Files] screen.

  • Link disabled by user

    Notification will be sent when a user closed a download page by clicking the [Disable] button in [Send] - [Sent Files] screen.

The following actions are performed when using the features of [Receive] menu.

  • File uploaded by guest

    Notification will be sent when someone uploads a file through a URL generated in [Receive] - [Request Files] screen.

  • Requested file downloaded by user

    Notification will be sent when a user downloads a file by clicking the [Download] button in [Receive] - [Received Files] screen.

  • File removed by administrator

    Notification will be sent when a user deleted a file by clicking the [Delete] button in [Management] - [Received Files] screen.

  • File shared within the domain

    Notification will be sent when someone shares a uploaded file in [Receive] - [Received Files].
